Pricing: All prices are listed in RM and include/exclude taxes as applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice.
Payment and Shipping
Payment Methods: We accept Cash on delivery, Alipay and WeChat Pay. Payment must be made in full before the dispatch of any products.
Delivery Policy
Delivery Timeframe: Our courier partner typically delivers parcels within 2-5 working days from the date of shipment. Our daily shipment schedule is from Monday to Friday. There is no shipment on Saturdays, Sundays, or Selangor state or national public holidays. Delivery tracking numbers will be provided for all orders upon shipment for self-tracking purposes.
Delivery Fees:
West Malaysia: Free delivery for purchases above RM150. For purchases below RM150, a minimum delivery fee of RM8 applies for goods below 1kg, with an additional RM3 for every subsequent 1kg.
East Malaysia: Delivery fees are charged according to the weight of the purchase, with a minimum fee of RM15 for goods below 1kg and an additional RM15 for every subsequent 1kg.
Delivery Delays: In the event of a delivery delay, we recommend self-collection at the designated branch of our delivery partner to avoid any impact on product quality. Affected customers may also contact our customer service representative for more information. We do not assume responsibility or authority for the operations of our delivery partner. Your understanding is appreciated.
Product Appearance: Actual products may differ from the photos published on all KAY BOUTIQUE marketing channels. Each product is unique and will not have an identical appearance or texture. Your understanding is appreciated.
