All products sold are NOT RETURNABLE AND REFUNDABLE except for quality defects. If there is a quality defect, please refer to the Product Defects section below for new product shipment.

Product Defects

Upon Receipt: All parcels will be packed in a courier flyer. If the parcel is not in good condition when you receive it, please do not let the postman leave.

• Take a photo of your consignment note and the parcel.
• Do not sign to accept the parcel. Ask the postman to return it to us.
• Send us the photos, and we will ship out a new parcel within two (2) working days.

After Opening: If you accidentally receive the parcel and only find the defective products after opening it:

• Take a photo of the defective product and send it to our customer service.
• We will compensate within two (2) working days.

Incorrect Product: If you find that the product received is not the same as what you ordered:

• Take a photo of the incorrect product and send it to our customer service.
• If we shipped the wrong product to you, you can return it, and we will send out the correct product to you within two (2) working days.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, YEE KAY SDN BHD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your use of the website or products; (b) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless YEE KAY SDN BHD, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and affiliates, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, debt, and expenses arising from your use of the website or breach of these Terms and Conditions.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia, without regard to its conflicts of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia.

Changes to Terms and Conditions

YEE KAY SDN BHD reserves the right to revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. By continuing to use the website after such changes are made, you agree to be bound by the revised Terms and Conditions.
